can select up to eight different greetings, i.e. I´m
out for lunch, I´m on holidays, etc.
The
user can be notified in several ways: by calling to their
phone, turning on a message waiting lamp, calling to their
cell phone, etc.
A
graphical interface that allows a Supervisor to gain access
to the Mailbox Setup, allowing to monitor messages load, delete
messages, create new mailboxes, change passwords, etc.
UNIFIED
MESSAGING (6 LICENSES) |
Consists
of a module integrating Fax, Voice Mail and any email client.
The system delivers voice messages or faxes to mail addresses,
therefore they can viewed, printed (if fax), forwarded, etc.
This
feature allows recording incoming calls. Extensions to be
logged have to be selected, and every time that an incoming
call is answered by the called person, it is automatically
recorded. Conversations can be visualized and played with
the Voice Recorder graphical interface.
ATN
Voz has an address book where special phone numbers can be
added. The behavior of the system can be established according
to detected IDs, and i.e. make the call ring directly into
an extension, be answered by a mailbox or FAX, etc. This database
is used by the Screen Voz as well to perform outgoing calls
and to launch Screen Pop Up when Secretary Function is enabled.
