In this window you may configure the
list of users that have permission to access the system. When
one of them enters as Administrator they can add, modify,
delete, change password or enable / disable another user.

You can create groups to identify different
kind of Lines / Extensions.

Reports
Select the kind of search you want to perform:
By time and date of recording.
By Line or Extension.
By importance.
By Observations (in case one has been assigned).
Reports Window
In the Reports windows you can visualize the recordings
according the following filters:
From and To the Extension you want to view. Hour and Time. Once
the selection has been made you can click over the tabs to reorganize
the report by different criteria, as date and time, importance,
observations and Lines / Extensions..

At the bottom of the window, the
system informs the total calls recorded.
Press this option to access to the messages
reproduction window.

verify the data of the call or listen to the messages.
This option allows to listen to the recordings through
